SEASONS

President's, Mrs. Coolidge's, Longfellow, Osgood, Gate Cottage and Gardener's Cottage are available year-round. All other cabins are available from mid-May through mid-October.

RATES:

• From June 24 through September 1, cabins are rented only by the week, unless we have last-minute openings. The rest of the year we offer both a weekly and a nightly rate (typically with a two-night minimum).

• Add NYS sales tax (7%) on nightly rentals.

• Holiday weekends and weeks may require a longer rental.

• Rates are subject to change.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you have to cancel, if we are able to re-rent your unit for the nights you reserved, we will be glad to refund your deposit, subject to a $25 cancellation fee in fall-winter-spring or $50 in summer; otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable.
