Living room with woodstove. Dining room. Kitchen. Three bedrooms-one with queen bed, one with double bed, one with two single beds. One full bathroom with pedestal sink, clawfoot tub and separate shower; one half-bathroom with toilet and sink. Outside sitting area. The Gardener's Cottage is located near the entrance to the property and is about 800 feet from the lake, down a wooded path, to a lakefront sitting area with dock. Available year-round.

Minimum Stays:
• Weekly, Saturday to Saturday, June 22 to August 31, 2013
• Two nights, remainder of year. Holiday weekends may require a three-night minimum
• Call for last-minute vacancies which may allow shorter stays

Low Season (Last Saturday in October through the end of the third week in June):
$195 daily

High Season (Fourth Week in June until the Last Saturday in October):
$2,030 weekly/$290 daily
