Q: How do I request a rate for the services I need?
A: You can check our rates by simply clicking on the RATES button on the left hand menu. If you have doubts or a request that is not on the RATES page send us an e-mail and we will answer normally on the next day. When requesting a quote just fill out the Reservation form and write N/A in the Billing Information. The rates quoted are per vehicle and NOT per person.
Q: Your rate is OK. How do I confirm my reservation
A: Carefully read our Important Notes (see below) and our FAQ. Fill out this form including the Billing Information section and the Price in Euros field. Submit your reservation confirmation (click the submit button once). You will receive a confirmation e-mail normally the next day. For your benefit print out a copy of the e-mail and bring it with you.
Important Notes
This form is necessary only to secure your reservation: your Credit Card will not be charged until you authorize us or in case of "No Shows" without cancellation at least 24 hours prior to AIRPORT service and 48 hours prior to DOCK services either by e-mail or via fax . Payments can be in cash with Euros, USD's or Euro Travellers cheques. Submitting this reservation form implies acceptance of our terms of use and cancellation policy (see below).

By submitting this form you agree to our Terms of Use and authorize Bob's Limousine & Tour System Ltd to charge your credit card (a) in case of cancellation of any service with less than 24 hour notice and 48 hours notice for any type of DOCK services as stated in our cancellation policy or (b) if this is your chosen payment method. No service guaranteed without credit card info.

Cancellation of reserved services with MORE than 24 hours notice for regular services and 48 hours in advance for any sort of DOCK services NO CHARGE.
Cancellation of reserved services with LESS than 24 hours notice for regular services and less than 48 hours in advance for DOCK services will be FULL CHARGE.
Terms of Use / Important Notes About Prices:
Prices are referred to transfers and excursions and include gas and highway costs.
For Credit Card payments add 5%.
Our rates do not include Private guides, Hotels, Meals, Ferries or Entrance fees to any various sites unless specified in our confirmation.
All of our tours can be customized on your request.
No hidden costs.
No booking charges.
Fares are expressed in € (Euro) cash.

Bob's Limousines & Tours can not be held responsible and declines any responsibility of service or charges made by restaurants, cafes, souvenir stores or shops of any kind that you have chosen or have been suggested by third parties while being transferred or while on one of our tour excursions. It is your responsibility to view the list/ menu of products, food, drinks or other to be ordered. If the list with prices or menu are not available you should then ask for the prices directly to the person who is serving you and pay for what you've requested and received. If there is a complaint to be made of any kind it is to be done immediately to the waiter or owner of the souvenir store, restaurant, cafe or any other sort of shop involved.

By Italian Law 675/96 (law regarding privacy) the data you have provided will not be given to any organization or association unless authorized. Bob's Limousine & Tour System Ltd. will not be held liable for missed flights due to airline decisions to cancel flights or for damaged luggage due to clients choice of vehicle size. Bob's Limousine & Tour System S.C.A.R.L. and their chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service to passengers that have excess luggage which could result in the vehicle being unsafe. Please be sure to book the appropriate vehicle if you have extra luggage (for example requesting a van instead of a sedan). Waiting time 1) Our rates for "Meet & greet service" includes 60 minutes waiting time and parking fees after the flight has officially landed. An extra cost of 25.00 euro will be charged for waiting time over 60 minutes for sedans and 35.00 Euro p/hour for minivans. 2) If we have arranged for a ride to the airport (or any other destination) and you keep our chauffeur waiting more than 15 minutes a charge for waiting time can incur . Our fare will change if you request the chauffeur to wait or to make extra stops or pick-ups. Please ask our office or our chauffeur for the extra charge you may have to pay. Cancellations: There will be a full charge for bookings cancelled with less than 24 hour notice for any service required and 48 hour notice for any DOCK services. If you miss your flight or if your airline decides to cancel your flight due to bad weather conditions, please advise us on time (as soon as you know ) or a full charge will be made. Please allow us enough time to accept other reservations and allocate them to our chauffeurs . When on cruises, if the ship does not make it to the pier due to bad weather conditions you will not be considered responsible so NO CHARGE will be made to your credit card although FULL CHARGE will apply for "NO SHOWS".
