DEPOSIT & CONFIRMATION PROCEEDINGS
One half of the total rental rate will be charged to your credit card when property availability and rates are confirmed. You will be notified of availability and firm rates usually by the next business day.

All reservations are subject to the signing of a rental contract. Click here to view, sign, print & mail rental contract to Lake Placid Accommodations, 2419 Main Street, Lake Placid, NY 12946.

Once a rate and property choice are agreed upon, one half of the rental amount will be charged to your credit card and original confirmation will be sent to you by mail. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
